Delivery and Returns
Notification will be sent by email as soon as we have received your order, a further email will be sent when your order has been despatched. If you realise you have made a mistake or wish to amend anything regarding your order, please contact our customer services department as soon as possible by telephone or email. Our team are based at our shop in Kibworth, Leicestershire and this is where your order will be despatched from.

Phone lines are open Monday - Saturday 10am - 4pm. We have a voicemail facility - any messages, emails & orders received after 4pm on a Saturday will be dealt with from 10am on a Monday morning.
UK & Europe - please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Rest of world - please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
UK next working day delivery is available at an extra charge - this is available until 11am on week days, your order will be delivered the next working day.
UK Returns Policy
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights and we are confident that you will be delighted with your order. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
You have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a designated third party receive the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) to;

To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Please obtain a proof of posting when returning items. We will reimburse the cost of returning the goods.
It would be appreciated if you could return the product in the original gift packaging.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received by you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
On receipt of the returned goods, Natures Purest will examine them before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement if the value of goods has been diminished by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. In value of any goods supplied, if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you or designated third party any goods supplied, or –
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you or designated third party have returned the goods.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or mis-described goods. Further information regarding your rights can be obtained from the Citizens Advice Consumer Service.
Overseas Returns Policy
For international returns, please contact our distribution centre in the first instance. We shall be happy to refund items originally delivered outside the UK provided that they are returned at the senders expense to our distribution centre in an original, unopened and unused condition accompanied by written confirmation from our distribution centre that we shall accept the return. All costs of returning the goods shall be met by the sender and we reserve the right to refund these costs at our discretion.
